Conditions

QUOTES

A detailed quote of all Building Works required will be emailed to you. All prices will be inclusive of GST.

Any work required will then be specified in a contract, before work can be scheduled.

 

A detailed quote of all Other Works including will be emailed to you. (Painting Flooring etc)

All prices will be inclusive of GST.

A signature in the column adjacent to each specified work with be required for confirmation and a completion of the details in our Contract will be required before work can be scheduled.

 

A detailed quote of All Products you wish us to be sourced on your behalf, will also be emailed to you. All prices are will include a Budget Makeovers Discount (Between 5% & 50%) and will be inclusive of GST.

A signature in the column adjacent to each item with be required for confirmation of those items you require.

 

10% PROJECT MANAGEMENT FEE

Upon completion of the confirmed works and purchasing of products through Budget Makeovers Geelong, a 10% fee of the client’s Total Expenditure will be charged by Budget Makeovers Geelong for:

 

  • Auditing all of the required goods and services required for a project
  • Arranging onsite quotes by specialists required, including builders, cabinet makers, painters, flooring & window furnishing specialists, landscapers, etc
  • Sourcing all of the specific goods required for the project (Most at significantly reduced prices)
  • Providing advice regarding the selection of these materials (options, colours, quality, prices, aesthetics, coordination, etc)
  • Purchasing products where required
  • When required, arranging for the delivery of goods
  • Providing additional quotes from a variety of tradesmen when required for a project
  • Supervising all stages of the work by tradesmen
  • Managing any incidentals or extra work necessitated by this project
  • Project managing the project to completion
  • Ensuring the work site is safe and clean at all times
  • Ensuring that there are minimal distractions to clients onsite throughout the project.

 

PAYMENTS

Deposits may be required for some works and services.

Payments to all trades must be within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

Payment to Budget Makeovers Geelong will be made upon the completion and approval of all works, within 30 days.

A contract is to be signed prior to the commencement of all works
