Due to the ongoing success of Budget Makeovers, Colin now joins wife Sally to further expand the business and continue to provide a superior service to clients across the Geelong Region, Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast.

Formerly a successful and highly respected Real Estate Agent in Geelong for the past twenty years, Colin brings a wealth of knowledge to Budget Makeovers. Specialising in Residential Sales and Property Management, Colin has observed a significant shift in home design and functionality to meet lifestyle changes. Colin can now pass on his skills and experiences to home owners and investors to coordinate the most cost effective renovation of their property whilst increasing its value or rental return.

Sally Smith

Budget Makeovers has experienced considerable growth since its inception in 2008 when Sally was engaged to oversee the renovation of two rental properties that were to be sold. Combining her passion for property, flair for design and ability to co-ordinate a renovation on time and on budget, Sally has established her business built on trust and referral from an extensive client base.

Experienced in all aspects of renovating, Sally has achieved amazing transformations, particularly with the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms.

Now in partnership with husband Colin and a team of highly skilled tradesman and suppliers, Budget Makeovers offers the complete renovation package to clients across Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast.
